“I had an excellent experience buying a new phone at this store primarily because of the customer service provided by Darius Booze. I didn't know what phone I wanted, so I asked Darius for advice. After I described my requirements, Darius gave me several options and explained the differences between them. I selected the Galaxy S24 and it is exactly what I wanted. Darius also recommended a specific charger and I am very impressed with it also. It's often difficult to find good customer service, and Darius answered all my questions and explained things clearly, making the whole process very easy. In addition, Darius was very efficient and the whole process was very quick. I appreciate the customer service provided by Darius Booze and will work with him again in the future.”

“I went to get my phone look at. Billy was on the phone with Customer Service trying to get another customer's phone issue resolved! He greeted me. Ask me did I want a bottle of water while I waited for him to finish! He's very, professional and knowledgeable about the entire business! I defending recommend Boost Mobile for your phone carrier. I've had nothing but praise for the facility were we purchase our cell phones!”

“Ashanti made the experience a very pleasant and efficient one. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! I was honestly dreading the possibility of a very long wait and that we might get someone who wasn't helpful. We left very satisfied and pleased with the outcome of trading my old phone for a new one. Ashanti informed me that fixing my cracked screen first would give me an additional $500 for my trade-in value. She assisted us with the insurance claim process and we located an authorized vendor to get the screen repaired same day. Finding good customer service in this day and age is a struggle, but Ashanti proved there are still great customer service associates out there!!!”

“The customer service I received from associate Cort was beyond professional and compassionate. I was having HUGE difficulty getting my 82 year old mothers service disconnected due to a terminal illness and having to move her to a higher level of care. She has been a patron of Spectrum for over 20 years. After MANY phone calls and numerous times being transferred over a 10 day period and doing EVERYTHING that I was told to do I was informed that I had to go to a store "in person" to show ID and all the information that I had already mailed, scanned and emailed previously. I was an emotional wreck when I came in and there was Cort. He was apologetic for the trouble I had endured during this process and assisted me with ease, expeditiously, and compassionately. Such professionalism! What may seem simple to some may be something life changing to another. Cort has no idea how his professional, compassionate interaction helped me solve something that was weighing huge on my family and myself. I will be forever grateful. Great customer service is STILL out there, it's just a shame it's so hard to find these days.”
