She should be giving seminars on how to treat customers! She called to confirm our rental, she made sure we had exactly what we reserved. Her communication with me was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, thorough. Very impressed with her. I have been in customer service my entire adult life and I'm shocked she hasn't been recruited by another company. I use her as an example when I am complaining about other people's/company's service. If I need to rent again, I will be contacting her first!!”

“Super nice people here. Great people! They even got me a Corolla-the car I was having repaired to make the transition easier. The only thing is that I wish Hertz as a company--having nothing to do with the staff there--would buy hybrid cars: only a few hundred dollars more at least the Toyota ones are only a few hundred dollars more than their gas-guzzling counterparts. Also, I hope that Hertz gets the staff's computers updated really soon as they, I understand, had promised the staff! Anyhow very good experience.”
