Sunrise Meats offers custom processing of beef, pork, and deer. Their goal is to serve their local community with honesty, integrity, and satisfaction.
When processing your beef, they typically age it for 10-14 days, then process it into steaks, roasts, and hamburger, to your request.
Normally, they process hog into steaks and roasts, including cured hams and bacons, sausage, and brats, according to your specifications.
In addition, they process venison during the deer hunting season. The meat is processed into steaks and roasts; in addition to a mix of summer sausage, snack sticks, and jerky. Their goal is to have a fast turn around on deer processing.
They accommodate out of state hunters.
