New to the area. Did not feel like a valued customer :(Called to confirm information before I drove an hour, was greatly misinformed! I was unable to complete a money transfer. Was asked to produce all my documentation, although all funds had cleared. Making the tranfer I was told in the phone would be okay if I got there before 3. Got there before 3 and was told it would not get there in time and would be more trouble than it was worth to do, was told to get a check and overnight it.When called to complain was told this branch has alot of fraud problems.

Found a fee on my savings account which I had never received the entire time I have had my account (7 years). Spoke with Lisa who was very kind and explained the fee, got it reversed, and gave me other options for accounts to avoid to avoid fees in the future.

I was told their was a over draft on my card of $5 and something cents.How could there be a over draft when I write no checks.I then dropped $7 in the night deposit box a week later I get a letter saying I owe them over $7 and if I don't pay it in a certain amount of time I'll be charged $25.I called yesterday and asked if she got my $7,she said I owe $7.20 for a monthly service fee,I told her to close my account, she said it can't be close and if I don't pay the $7.20 it'll go up to $25 and so on.Well I had recorded our conversation. And just wrote the bank manager to tell her to close my account. I'll keep you all posted.
