Horrible to do business with after previous owner passed away.. they measured my window wrong.. ordered wrong window.. knowingly installed wrong window in frame.. took my money.. said no returns.. I about went postal on the place.. they order another window. They have my frame.. window is in.. and they still monkeying around.. going to courthouse in morning to have them served in small claims court.. I have spent over $30,000 dollars with them over last 10 years.. will never step another foot in there business after I get window back.. I'm trying real hard to do this right way but I sware.. boxing some heads would get better results after what they put me through

Sadly the new owner seems to enjoy yelling at employees and customers. Never had an issue with Jerry West but this new owner has lots of communication/owner issues that makes the experience of Boyer Lumber not as good anymore. Hoping a new owner comes and will bring it back to it's former glory.

It is very hard for me to walk in the doors down there! I miss Jerry so much he always had to pick on me or when I I would call and ask to talk to him I would ask him if Tim was busy he always said he's never busy I sure do miss those days! Gone but he will never be forgotten! He done so much for our community I don't think people realizes what all he done for helping people in need to all of his donations! Very good man!
