Food is starting to lose its appeal it seams like they are starting to get a younger generation in the kitchen that just don't seam to really care as much about the quality of pizza they make!

Totally frustrated we placed an order for pick up and was quoted your order will be ready at 8:11. I arrived at the store and I was told that our order was never made, they didn't have printer paper. They offered to make our order but it would take another 45 min so i told them to go ahead and make it. I then asked the cashier if they had the order, she verified with the gentleman making the pizza and she responded yes, he does. I arrived back at the store 50 minutes later to find my order was not made. the cook came out giving me the story again about the printer. I told him the cashier verified with you and told me it would be ready in 40 min. Not one time was I offered an apology! I went to my, car and looked back into the story to see them laughing. I calmed down a bit went back into the store and asked for a Maningers phone number or someone I could contact about this issue. She replied we are not allowed to give those numbers out. I asked again and she replied I do not ever know who the Manager is? I should call in the morning. I plan on following up in the morning,

This is one of the few gas stations in the state that actually has passenger vehicle diesel fuel at this time. I don't know what's going on, but most of the gas stations that sell passenger diesel fuel are closed. Or their diesel pumps are broken.

My boyfriend ordered food at 5p.m. Was told to pick it up in 25 minutes. I gave extra time so it was 5:30 now. The food wasn’t done. They said 15 minutes and we will have it done. I go home and my boyfriend then stops to get it at 6p.m. And it’s still not done!!! Wasn’t offered any solution only told to wait another 15 minutes. I’m sorry I’m a mechanic and making pizzas is not hard. There is no excuse to have someone playin cat and mouse for a pizza. DO BETTER.

I'm on a walker. Helped me in and out of store. Gathered up the food I wanted to buy. Took it to the car for me. Bathroom clean handicapped. Everyone really nice ??

TRASHIEST Casey’s gas station I have ever been to in my entire life. everything In this place was broken/OUT OF ORDER. DIRTY & FILTHY…Men’s bathroom out of orderWOMENS BATHROOM nasty/no tissueFountain drink out of orderice cream OUT OF Ordereven down to getting a RECEIPT from your purchase BROKEN:.. How is the machine that prints the receipts broken as well… JUST RIDICULOUS… And the lady said it’s broken for months. SHUT THIS PHILTH BOX DOWN !!!! they shouldn’t even be able to serve food out of here

Casey's should be embarrassed to have this store carrying their name. Multiple drink dispensers were not functional in the store including but not limited to the cappuccino machine and creamer dispenser. While the employees were largely courteous they were generally indifferent about these dysfunctional items. At the gas pumps the squeegees for washing windshields were dry and/or missing altogether. I see other negative reviews regarding this location so I sincerely hope Casey's gets their act together with this one as my experience here was very much contrary to my previous positive encounters with Casey's General Stores. Do better Casey's!

If zero stars was an option, that is what I would have given them! They literally provided no services to us. I went in to use the restroom and both men’s and women’s had big signs, out of order! Thinking maybe it was just to keep non customers from using the bathroom, I asked if seriously their bathrooms were unavailable, and she said yes. So I went to the pumps and told my husband they had no bathroom available he said he was having trouble with pump, and our sale was canceled, could it be possible the girl canceled our transaction from inside? Needless to say we went to another station and saved 10 cents per gallon! And had to make a fast food stop for a bathroom. Go to the next exit and find a better option! Quite frankly, can they have their kitchen open if they have such plumbing issues to close both bathrooms?! (Written by Paul’s wife)

Placed online order for large supreme for my lunch and dinner for work. Was supposed to be ready by 11:28 am arrived at the store at 11:30am Order wasn't even started. This has happened on more than one occasion. I stopped visiting and ordering from your store because of this for several months and when I was in a pinch and wanted to pick up on my way to work you let me down once again. Deplorable!
