Incredibly kind, accomodating staff. I came out to St. Charles for their accelerated multi-engine course, and everyone was helpful. Maintenance had the aircraft fresh out of 100-hour/Annual inspection, schedule availability was nearly perfect, and DPE availability was far better than back home. The crew car was comfortable, airspace was not busy, and the aircraft was well maintained. Thanks!

Took my niece here as a Christmas present. She really enjoyed taking the controls and Connor was a great instructor! Highly recommend going here for flight training or an introductory flight!!!

I got my multi- commercial add on done in 3 days. I loved flying their Duchess. It’s been a few years but their rates were great and I like the efficient feel of their operations. The instructor was professional as well.

This was an incredible experience. I was super excited when I arrived late and was still able to enjoy my full experience. Connor helped me with my excitement and nervousness by talking me through each step as we took off, glided through the air, and while making our descent. We did a few tricky moves and flew over some nice scenery. Can't wait to get in the pilots seat again. Thanks for the great experience!!

The two times I flew at this FBO one was to get an instrument, proficiency check, and the other time was to practice my instrument procedures. Both times that I flew, once with an instructor and once myself. Both aircraft had systems that were either not working correctly or enough all together. I took a 172 out to do a VOR approach at the airport. This aircraft was equipped with a Garmin 530. First thing was there was no map and then I realized there was no card in the slot. I could not even get a DME read out on the unit. I was told this was one of their flagship instrument certified airplanes. Another time the timer would not function when you pressed the button from it being a standard clock. I was told that because it was a Garmin it was harder to get repaired, and they seemed like they had no interest in doing so. The databases were expired years ago. I'm suppose to trust this with my life in IMC? If you pay good money for an airplane, all the systems should work. Yes, you can fly IFR without a GPS but what good is doing so in an aircraft that has inoperable systems? This place may be good for initial pilot training, but I believe that once you are certified to fly in instrument conditions, these aircraft are not the best suited. They also charge a phenomenal fuel surcharge rate that no other FBO's within 100 miles charges. This adds as much as $20 or more an hour to the cost of the airplane. Other FBO's charge, either a standard wet rate or a dry rate and you buy your own fuel.

Spoke to Dave about scheduling a flight, on short notice so that is on me, as i was trying to create an experience for an employee while in town.While i love flying and wanted to share the experience with an employee. Fella declined any availability for a couple weeks. which is stated i do agree/understand. I asked if he knew anywhere else in the area that may be able to help.My business i would at least act like i cared or wanted to help.I had seen a groupon availability, so they obviously wanna get people in the door. Sounds like we need to work on Customer Service to drive sales, not cut prices in half. neither worked in this scenario.

The experience was Amazing. I was terrified at first, but our instructor made us feel very comfortable. I was terrified at first, but the ride wasnt so bad after all. I took my boyfriend for a birthday gift. He actually flew the plane himself. The instructor was there to guide and help him in any way. It was very memorable and adventurous. I definitely recommend checking it out. Also, best deal for it on Groupon.

It was an amazing experience. Ryan was the instructor and is cool. I am seeing bad reviews on rescheduling and yes safety is the most important than anything else. For me also it got rescheduled due to bad weather even I was expecting same and was a right decision. Also they helped me again to reschedule due to my personal issues. Highly recommended.
