Went to store earlier today and bought Sargent's Guardian Topical for my dog, when I got home and opened it the box was empty. I immediately called the store and they said bring it back for a refund or to get a new box. When I came back at 8:30 I was told customer service was closed. I asked for a manager's assistance and when the man helping called her she told him to t just tell me it was closed. There are no posted hours for customer service and the person I talked to on the phone did not inform me of the hours. I don't appreciate having to make two trips here today only to be told I have to make another one tomorrow.

My experience was good, besides the fact the one thing I was there for wasn't in stock anymore. There was an excellent selection of various other products amongst the multitude of other shoppers.
