Do not use this pharmacy even if you have to drive to Dexter, do it! Yes, their hours are inconvenient but that’s not the main issue! The main issue is getting notified your meds are ready and getting there (the same day) and they cancel your order for no reason! Making you wait until the next day to get your meds! I’m on MAT meds and have had to wait 3 plus days because of them doing this and because they just don’t want to give me the meds when they’re do or they say they’re out of stock! Just switch pharmacies or go to Dexter Walgreens! Save your energy time on somewhere other than this place!

I will never go back to Walgreens. I had prescriptions sent there on Friday afternoon. They were not ready in time for me to pick them up before the pharmacy closed at 6:00. I went to pick them up on Saturday to discover the pharmacy is closed all weekend. I rushed to get there from work today and sat in line at the window for close to 10 minutes. When I pulled up to the window, the curtain was being pulled down and I still don't have my medicine. They had to have seen my car behind the one that was at the window when I pulled up. I won't make the mistake again.

So the Walgreens drug store in Poplar Bluff Mo decided to close on weekends. On Monday I visited the store to get a prescription ordered the previous day by my cardiologist. I was told that this drug is essential that I not skip or delay because without it the six heart stents I received will not work correctly. I showed up shortly after the doors opened and was told they were backed up because they were catching up from the two days being closed. A decision they made not me. I was told at 10AM that it would be approximately one hour before my prescriptions were ready and they would text me. At 1PM I asked if my prescriptions were ready yet. The cashier asked if I had been notified. So apparently they are filling prescriptions for people who are not here waiting while those who are here and ready they do not care at all about.

Just terrible. Took days to fill my prescription. Walgreens charged the full price for the medication $150 on top of the discounted price and membership fee. From the store associates to customer service, no one knew anything about this charge. It was not a hold and was eventually refunded 4 days later. I had requested 3 times for my other prescriptions to be transferred and they still haven't been. I only switched pharmacies because I needed to be able to use a debit card number to pay, rather than the physical card. I'm returning to Walmart pharmacy and never ever going back to walgreens omg. Walmart is still cheaper on prescriptions, even with Walgreens membership

They have been “working on” my medicine for 2 days now. And I can’t transfer it because of it being a controlled substance. I will never ever use this pharmacy again. I’m sorry I was in so much pain at the ER that I messed up and chose them. Never again. This is the reason why I stopped having them fill my medicine to begin with. The important medicine people need and y’all want to drag your feet and not fill it.

The last two photo orders I made were both completely messed up. The most recent one, a Christmas gift, was ordered dec. 16th and was supposed to be ready that morning at 9:25. I didn’t stop by to pick it up until the 20th and was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet. It was a 1 hour photo gift and it had been 4 days. I was rudely told to come back in 2 days, they were receiving 300+ orders a day and just couldn’t keep up. Returned on the 22nd and it’s not only still not completed the order was deleted from the system and I would have to resubmit. I immediately placed the same order with Walmart and an hour later I had what I needed with no issues. Walgreens is usually my go to for photo needs, but not anymore.

I am once again reminded of how much I despise Walgreens. First, they ignored the pickup line while only talking to those in the consult line, even though we had been waiting longer. I was rudely told to come over to the tech at the consult window instead. My prescription was ready 2 hours after they said it would be. And then they only filled one of the two my doc called in. These were two meds that are always taken together. Always. Like PB&J or Mac & cheese. They claim my doc only called in one, though my doc and I had a lengthy discussion about the *two* she had just called in, and Walgreens told me I'd have to call my doctor in the morning. I would've been able to have my doc call and fix it that day if they had filled it when they said they would. But instead, I had to leave town the next morning and wasn't able to get the second prescription. So instead I have one prescription I can't take because it's useless without the other. (And to be clear, these aren't narcotics or other controlled substances either - just routine medications). I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but it's par for the course for the Walgreens I've had the misfortune of patronizing in several different locations over the years.

January 31st there was an ad in their paper that says buy 2 of the following gift cards and get a $5 Walgreens cardand one of them was Google play so I got 2 $25 Google play cards and got a $5 Walgreens card. I just went to redeem it now and luckily for me the way manager who try to love the $5 on the Walgreens card was working and he remembered the whole thing and I showed him that I looked it up online and there was no money on it and he said that to get what I needed and if there's no money on it we'll work it out. His name is Lance and he is the kindest person I have ever encountered at Walgreens. Yesterday I saw the receipts to that transaction and I couldn't find them just now and so I pulled up the transaction through my bank and luckily for me he remembered. It could of went another way and said that we already done spent the money or he didn't remember no ad like that. That's happened to me in a similar situation at another store. I would definitely go back

I'd like coming to Walgreens of the employees are friendly and I love to rack upon points on my balance rewards. And sometimes you can catch some really good sale deals
