We were rolling through town on our way to TX pulling a trailer, a couple miles up the road the transmission started shifting strangely and smoke began pouring out from under the truck. Truck has 35000 miles on it and was still under warranty. Stopped at Baldwin and they squeezed us in to take a look at it. Turns out the truck was serviced before I purchased it and they over filled the transmission and the smoke was caused by the oil overflowing. Baldwin service department made time for us and explained everything. Got us back on the road I a timely fashion. Great experience!

I give this one star because the lady i talk to is nice ,thats the only reason.check the code one time cost $199.many people tell me that price is ridiculous.i even didnt mention the price should be fixed.

Had appointment, arrived 7.45; and I waited in their lobby until 1.12pm, nearly 5.5hrs; they put on new tires, did an alignment, and added a shim above the front shocks. I presented a coupon, and I was asked if I had presented that coupon when I came in as "I already printed the invoice"; I then just told them to forget it and he politely threw the coupon in the trash can. Then I left.... and 3 staff watched me walk out.... out to where they have always placed my vehicle--i h

I cannot speak for the sales team they maybe great but the service department not so much. I brought my sienna in for recall work. (air bag and sliding door), I had no reason to use the sliding doors until I got home late that evening and they did not work. I called the service department and they set a date to have the doors fixed. After they looked at my van they cleared some codes and said all was fixed. When I went to get in the van I tried to open it and the doors did not move, they moved the van back in the shop and came out saying both motors in the doors are burned out and will need to be replaced at a cost to me of $1400. I will never recommend or make any purchase from Baldwin. I received an email from the service manager asking how my visit went and I told them. I am yet to receive a call or email.

I highly recommend asking for Alton Brookreson!! He was so helpful and made the whole process so simple for my husband and I. He worked hard for us to get the exact vehicle we wanted. He even came in on his day off to help us! He definitely went the extra mile and we are grateful.
