We were on a road trip to visit family for Xmas and brakes in the truck were acting funny. We pulled up and they diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. We waited a bit for a new brake line but it arrived. The repair was done in less than 30 minutes. Excellent professional service, would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the best place in town for tires, oil changes, gas and repairs. Took my car in yesterday for a new set of tires and an oil change. Even though they were very busy, they got me in and out in a very reasonable time and the price and service were outstanding!!Definitely recommend Swafford's!!

give a 5 star rating because of the owners integrity and his dignity for his business, not the tech that did the work, him I do not trust. So I took my son's truck to get new E brake installed. Rusty, the main tech, was not there that day, or this incident would not have happened. the tech that did the work broke my son's cb antenna and then taped it up and wasn't going to tell us about it, I told the owner, and he apologized over again and was very angry at the tech, and he told me to go buy another antenna and bring him the receipt ill pay for it and he said I'm also going to give you 25 dollars for gas to go get it, he did exactly as he said, I said thank you Mr swofford you definitely havI'd take my vehicle there anytime, but Rusty is the tech that will work on my vehicles you have my business. I'm grateful for you, but the tech that did the work should not be unsupervised and his work should be checked before leaving the shopService: Auto brake replacement

charged my fiancé $60 for a oil change, also after she left they got something super think and sticky on the outside of her driver side window which caused it to get stuck. worst place in town by far.

I had a low tire and stopped to get air like many times before in my life and was told it would cost me $5! What a shame and literally highway robbery! I went on down the road to plaza tire and they aired it up for free.

My Daughter not knowing anything about auto's takes her lincoln mkz 2008 to Swafford today Saturday November 6th 2021 to have 4 tires mounted understand she's a girl knows nothing about cars she got the tires second hand because she can't afford new ask to put these on told the man her guy told her they were a little bigger but would work ok she dropped the car off picked it up less than an hour all 4 tires already mounted he says they rub a little. Ok the tires are literally stabbing the tires and they let her drive this car charging 80.00 I called they say well post on social media wat kind of business is this for poplar bluff.Service: Tires
