No cameras down the main lane. Our unit had the lock cut off and camera quality from corners took over 10 days to get possible ID'S. No office in PB. App is difficult to use at times. Will not accept payments on app if severely late. No fencing or gated security. Driving path is narrow, and end is a very tight turn. No possibility of backing a 26 ft Uhaul in main lane. Lane is barely big enough for 2 vehicles to pass, so if someone is accessing their unit and backed up, you can't go around them even in a regular vehicle.

This is how storage is supposed to be. Simple, accessible and with a good customer service when you need it. You can pay your rent online or through the app. They will send you a reminder by email if you forget to pay the monthly rent. I highly recommend it if you need storage in Poplar Bluff.
