Middle of a road trip returning home. Had a flat rear tire. They gave me options and advice both were great. Took good care of me and my bike. They went out of their way for me and I really appreciate them.

This place did me a solid ..they went out of there way dropped everything he was doing and stop working on a project for his grandkids to get me a tire on my 06 Fatboy I was roughly 5 hours away from the house and traveling through to a funeral when I had a flat and had the tow truck driver drop me and the bike off unexpectedly at his shop and then he went above and beyond and save me more money by noticing my brakes needed to be changed before the next time my tire did they were thin so he replaced my brakes and charged me no labor for that seems how he was already there.............. THANK YOU SHOOTERS CYCLEFrom BUMBLE BEE and the BACKROAD RAMBLERS M/C from SARDIS AR.................P.S. if you stop by this wonderful motorcycle shop please bring a can mountain dew to the gentleman at the front desk..........

Been taking my road King there for 5 years if you want something done right go in and talk to Kevin the owner he's a mechanic first when he fixes it it's fixed right I'm 100% satisfied with everything they've ever done ?

I brought a motorcycle in because the rear brake was scrubbing, told them I only had $1000 invested in the bike, didn't want to spend much on it, and if it was going to be over $200 to fix, Don't Do It. A month later I got my bike back for $750. That's $200 for parts, $550 labor. No I'm not happy. No I do not recommend.

Took truck there to have transmission rebuilt needing to have in a couple weeks for out of town work- called 2nd week to inquire about truck, if close being or when could expect done & the guy asked me "what was supposed to be having done to it?"- no work had even started- needless to say, didnt have in time for job! Long story short weeks later from taking truck there and already out of town, message was left that truck was done & what was supposed to have cost $500 was being charged over $2,000! Couple weeks ago, less than 40 days of getting it from shop, had to put 4 qts tranny fluid in that day! Took back & was told pretty certain it was seals in it because the transmission wasnt worth rebuilding & would not warranty any work done- if that was the case, then shouldnt have done if wasnt willing to back it or warranty the work especially at the astronomical amount charged! Did offer to sell me transmission for it he had for $450 if I wanted to pull it myself & take elsewhere to put in! Would not recommend, highly dissatisfied!!!!!

Was on a trip from Stl, buddy’s bike had some issues. Shooters had the parts we needed and Kevin the owner treated us like gold. Helped us out tremendously while in a pinch 150miles from home. This place is A+++. Check them out for automotive and motorcycle needs. They can do just about anything and are very knowledgeable. If you are in the Popular Bluff area or riding thru and need anything motorcycle related this is your place. Check them out and support a small business. I’ll definitely be back!
