I don't know who I talked to when my car first arrived. But that person scared me about the price and time. It was gonna take to fix my vehicle; however, in the end, They were very reasonable and affordable for someone who lives on a fixed income.

Matt and the team at Rushin Automotive are phenomenal! They stand behind their work!
I recently had some work done on my car to replace the alternator. On this vehicle you have to take the radiator off to replace alternator. A couple days after the alternator was fixed, I had a large leak from the coolant system. I talked with Matt and he immediately called a tow truck to come get my vehicle and take it back to his shop. He then figured out a hose had come lose around the radiator from the previous work on the car. They towed my car and fixed the hose leak free of charge. Long story short, stuff happens and no body is perfect. I really appreciate working with individuals who take care of their mistakes and make them right. I think it says a lot about the owners of business when they treat their customers that way. Matt went above and beyond in fixing up my vehicle and I will use them again in the future.

Excellent, friendly service. They worked hard to get my truck back to me asap and did a great job in diagnosing and repairing an electrical short that a local garage struggled with for five hours and failed to find. Highly recommended.

We had our car towed there because our ECM went out in our Ford Focus. The folks were very friendly and got the job done in a very quick and efficient manner. Their shop and waiting area is very clean, and the price was definitely reasonable. I look forward to using them again for future automotive issues.Services: Auto maintenance
