“Jeff put our tank in back in March. We are just now getting our fireplace connected in the house. The gas plumber was had some questions and I called Jeff. He was very responsive to his questions. Jeff volunteered to come by the house to make sure all was running correctly and speak with the man. It ended up being a bad burner for the fireplace. We have it replaced and all is good. “We have been an MFA customer for a short time, but already can tell this company goes the extra mile for their customers. We had a few hiccups setting up our account, but the manager , Larry Morris at the Poplar Bluff Office, explained the process where we had a clear understanding of what was needed to get things going. We have had questions since, and each time we have called we receive an answer very quickly from the office and even a reach out from Larry, if the answer isn’t known by the persons answering the phone. You don’t find that kind of personal contact by very many businesses these days and we appreciate it.”
