I called 10 days ago, the guy said they had to order tires, & they'd be there the next day, they weren't, it took 4 days, & by then they were booked solid except afternoon when I can't go in, so I had to schedule the next week, today when I went in, after telling TWO guys I didn't want their expensive BS "roadside assistance/tire rotation, etc. trash, the guy tried to shove it down My throat AGAIN... It took them 2 hrs, & 20 mins to put on 4 tires, & they were starting to do a stupid "free alignment check", which I told them to stop! I was tired of waiting, THEN when I get home, I find out they did a FIFTY EIGHT point inspection of My vehicle without My permission, or knowledge, there guys give mechanics a BAD name, I dunno when Plaza tire started all these "policies", because I've been going to Plaza where I moved from (Jefferson county) for many decades, & never had such ridiculous treatment, My car ONLY has 60k miles on it, yet they were wasting My (, & all the other customers waiting's) time, just desperately trying to find ANYTHING they could tell Me was wrong, so they could charge Me more money, look elsewhere then Poplar Bluff Plaza tire, these guys are scumbags.

Traveling cross country when my brakes started fading. A local recommended Plaza Tire so I gave em a call. Joey found me a place to drop my trailer and got me in right away. They did just what I asked without guilt trip or upselling and got me back on the road quick! Such a relief and peace of mind to have responsive brakes especially when hauling a load.

I was treated with respect,by manager Thomas. I did have a question about my final bill and he resolved my question with no problems.I was charged more money than I thought I was suppose to be,and did not authorize the extra test that was run and he took care of that for me. I have always been treated fairly here,and would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. In case this would matter,I am eighty years young and not afraid to say what I think about a public place. Thank you, Otto Mitchelle

They found me and my daughter some good rough terrain tires, mounted and balanced them within an hour and we were off to shop. They are a good bunch of workers and I am a return customer!

I had to have new rotors on the front of my truck.
Kyle changed them for me. I always feel more comfortable when he works on my truck because I dont have to worry that it was done right!

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I had an appointment and they got my car in on time and serviced quickly. They clearly explained the work they did and suggested future maintenance to keep my old car running. I will definitely return to Plaza Tire in Poplar Bluff, MO!
