“I would just like to let everyone know the great thing that Eastside Pharmacy went out of their way to do for me I was very very sick with covid I have insurance it normally pays for all my medicine for some reason it would not for the only antiviral medication for Covid19, after several days I was getting worse the pharmacist said he would try to call all the pharmacies around town to find some free for me! What a lifesaver. Not did I start to feel better wiithin a day, but relieved me of the devastating stress I was having. Just knowing I could still spend some of the Holiday with family Just little delayed! Thank you! Merry Christmas and”

“5 star. I recommend that everyone using walmart supermarket or neighborhood immediately drop everything and switch to Key Drugs at Northwest (not the one on 67, but the one off Barron Rd. inside Northwest Regional Medical Center, make sure you choose the one off Barron because this is who I am writing this review on)They have, hands down, the best pharmacy service I have ever received, at this point in time. They are CONSISTENT and they are NOT BIASED. They treat each and every customer with service and RESPECT and they are VERY FAST to fill. Even though you may have to park and walk in, it's highly worth it. Even though they may not have late hours like Walmart does, its worth it.This place has literally helped me to regain my faith in our community and in the area of pharmacy as a whole. I am a medical professional and this comes from not only a personal experience standpoint, but also knowing what is right and what isn't as a pharmacy customer.This pharmacy is HANDS DOWN THE BEST.Drop everything and transfer all your scripts here. Start sending your scripts here. The disrespect anyone has received at walmart (or anywhere else for that matte) will be no more and you will once again feel respected as a human being and PAYING CUSTOMER, regardless of what your script is for or what you look like !Also, wait times are minimal. Even if there is a line, its quick, and fill time is even quicker. Fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if I could!”

“Everyone in this pharmacy has always been nice and apologetic. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 instead or a 5 star review is because this Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed. So on a busy day you may have to wait longer for your prescription. But I feel like that's management and the White collars fault and not the workers. So they get a 4.5 star review from me and I would recommend this Pharmacy.”

“Located inside of Walgreens. There's no drive up window for photos at this location. They have two kiosks there to pull pictures from your phone. Alot of times it only takes a few minutes to get them”
“I received the best customer service that I have ever received by a young polite man by the name of Michael at the CVS in Poplar Bluff, MO today on 07/03/2024. He greeted me with a smile, served me with a smile, and ended my service with a smile. I was a little scattered brain from working a 10 hour shift and dealing with family medical issues and he was so kind to help me get what I needed and assured that I was making my card purchases correctly to receive my discounts from my CVS card and my coupon. Thank you Michael. You were a blessing to me today. I wished this world was full of people with your character. Keep up the good work and don't lose that smile and excellent customer service skills.”
“Good Walmart for quick grocery shopping. It's less 'chaotic' than the superwalmart at the other end of town. You could shop for most of the groceries, but less to none for other departments. If you just want to go to walmart for grocery/produce shopping, quick shop for baby diapers&formula, cleaning stuff, make ups, it's the better walmart to go to.”
