These people are very great people my car broke down outside of their business and they sent there for around three hours helping me to try to get it started once we realized that it was something that couldn't be fixed immediately they allowed me to park my vehicle in their parking lot and allowed me to even use their allowed outside electricity Outlet to charge my battery and my vehicle was very safe and secure at that location I couldn't think of any better people in this world that would help you out in time of need thank you so much Pennington Insurance Agency and Auto Sales

After driving an hour and a half to go to a dealer in town and having a terrible time with him, we decided to try Pennington. We found something on their site we loved, so thought wed check it out. We were made to feel very welcomed and he let us test drive everything we were interested in. We got the car we came for. He worked with us on the price and we couldnt be happier. Very kind and friendly people willing to make a good deal. Thankful for them!

I bought a vehicle drove it 10 miles the motor blew up I asked for my money back and terry forced me into another vehicle had that vehicle 2 weeks and someone hit me USAA had me take it to carstar for repairs they informed me that the ECU numbers did not match and it could stop running at anytime i confronted mr Pennington about it and he said carstar was lying drove the car another week and the motor in it blew and Terry pennington lied about the warranty so it was not covered. He tried to force me into another vehicle that was older with more miles for the same price. He then told me he would sell me his old personal truck that had 234,000 miles on it for 2000 i already gave him 1500 cash and 282 in payments i offered him an additional 218 cash he refused that offer. He had me come in his office and said he would honor the price he gave me on the truck of 2000 when i went to get the title he demanded i give him 1500 cash when i couldnt pay it he came to my job in the middle of the night and took the truck he left me 45 miles from home and was forced me to walk home in the freezing rain. He is aware that i am a veteran and i have a six year old disabled child. His son the owner and him have now offered to give me 500 of my money back but only if i sign a paper saying i will not pursue legal action against him. He also claims their attorney and other car dealers have told him he owes me 0. Do not buy anything from this man he ia a scam artist and takes being a sleezy used car sales man to a whole new level
