In my experience, this dealership started off promising and has been a total let down. To be fair, I get that I did not have an appointment, but nor have I ever planned an appointment due to a breakdown.
On July 3, 2024 our Jeep broke down just outside of Poplar Bluff, MO. I called the dealership and the service department said if I could get it there before they closed they would look at it. Well of course that did not happen, it took over three hours to get someone to tow the Jeep. On Friday, July 5, 2024, we called the dealership and they assured us that we were a priority since we were out of town and stranded without a car. At the end of the day, they said they did not get to our Jeep and could not help us with a car or rental. Since they were closed all weekend (service dept.) we were out of luck with any new information.
As of today, July 23, 2024, our Jeep still has not been looked at. I am not sure if they understand what the word priority means or if they care. Again, I understand I did not have an appointment, but in three weeks how can you not have at least looked at a car and diagnosed it? I guess since we are not customers, we do not matter.

We purchased a 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee . Our sales rep was Paul Johnson. He went above and beyond with us. He was super professional but personable at the same time. Very easy to talk to and made the purchase experience the best ever!! My husband and I were completely satisfied !!! We will definitely recommend him!!!!

Bought a couple vehicles from them(Larry Hillis).
Last time they acted like we were a bother.
Blessings in disguise both Autry Morlan and Bayird in Dexter offered better cars and trade in value. Went with Bayird with Travis Duty helped get us a beautiful jeep.
Larry Hillis called and ask us to take Review down once, hopefully this one stays put.

They take the time and help you with not just getting in a new vehicle but making sure the financing is suited for your best interest not theirs.

Took our dodge ram into the body shop for repairs. Jessica and Cheyenne are just amazing! The guy that worked on our truck did amazing work. My husband prides himself on keeping a clean truck, but when we got the truck back it was spotless. You should be very proud to have such a professional team.
