I would just like to let everyone know the great thing that Eastside Pharmacy went out of their way to do for me I was very very sick with covid I have insurance it normally pays for all my medicine for some reason it would not for the only antiviral medication for Covid19, after several days I was getting worse the pharmacist said he would try to call all the pharmacies around town to find some free for me! What a lifesaver. Not did I start to feel better wiithin a day, but relieved me of the devastating stress I was having. Just knowing I could still spend some of the Holiday with family Just little delayed! Thank you! Merry Christmas and

They have a new girl that is very rude she accused my mom of picking up a antibiotic and hiding it. My mom don pick meds up we get them for her. Rude and desrepectful and I will be having words with them this morning

Ok so normally this place is pretty good but I just called about a refill for a client and the gentleman that answered said he would get them out to us. I was about to explain why the client is having to use more of the item and he cut me off as soon as I said let me explain and said, “I don’t need to hear no sad story. I will get them out.” I then politely said to him, “well I was going to explain why the client is having to use more but ok.” Then we hung up. That was extremely rude and disrespectful. Apparently he did want to give me an additional 5 seconds to say two sentences to him and felt that he needed to make an extremely rude comment to me when we are a pretty big and consistent client of theirs. Thanks a lot for being so disrespectful to me when I am just trying to do my job.
