CVS is one of the worst pharmacy's in Poplar Bluff, MO. They don't have a clue how to do their jobs and they are extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I received the best customer service that I have ever received by a young polite man by the name of Michael at the CVS in Poplar Bluff, MO today on 07/03/2024. He greeted me with a smile, served me with a smile, and ended my service with a smile. I was a little scattered brain from working a 10 hour shift and dealing with family medical issues and he was so kind to help me get what I needed and assured that I was making my card purchases correctly to receive my discounts from my CVS card and my coupon. Thank you Michael. You were a blessing to me today. I wished this world was full of people with your character. Keep up the good work and don't lose that smile and excellent customer service skills.

Absolutely horrible I'm sick of how they just seem to lose our insurance information everytime it's gotten really old along with the attitudes and whoever works the window acts like she's above everyone who knows but the unprofessionalism is not acceptable.

Worked for 40 years working for the Government. During that time I hired and trained numerous employees for different positions. Your employer who work the drive up window I truly feel sorry for. It's not their fault they are doing what their supervisor said. Try talking to a supervisor, they are the hostile individuals. You wonder why there is such a change over with new employers at the window. SUPERVISOR HAVE NO TRAINING SKILLS. READ YOUR REVIEWS.

Got a text the script was ready. Go to drive thru to pick up & it's NOT ready. Told to drive around & get back in line. Waited another 20 minutes, get back to the window and they only filled 1 script & it wasn't even the one the text said was ready. Told AGAIN to get back in line. So 45 minutes and no medication. Don't waste your time on this pharmacy, they are incompetent!

we switched due to our insurance requirements and its been a nightmare, they are supposed to be open til 8-9 pm and u can go to get meds at 6 and they're closed, this happens very frequently with them just in the last few weeks, due to staffing issues they say.
