Misty, Ashley and david allen have always been very courteous and very helpful with service on my Ford f150 the collision repair department did a fantastic job when i had the misfortune of hitting a deer. Will probably continue to do business with blackwell baldwin

Service availability is very slow for small town. And only one mechanic can even re program my Lincoln, still waiting for service to even start on software reprograming, after 8 days...

Jimmy was the sales guy and Robert was the finance guy and the 2 together were fantastic. We were in and out within 2 hours (most of the waiting was on us as we have 3 kids ages 5 and under) we got an amazing truck. They showed us all the clicks and whistles and set up our phones to it and it's been great to deal with the team we did. They helped us out more than they had to. We traded in 2 vehicles to get the truck we wanted and they gave us very fair offers. It was easy to do all the business we did and it's a no brainer that we'll be back.

I LOVE my Lincoln MKZ! It drives so nice and the ride is as smooth as silk! What more could a guy as than to roll around in a beautiful Lincoln? Not much I can assure you! Baldwin Ford is the best! Very helpful and answered every question and assure me they will be there to fix anything that might go wrong!

Dealership is amazing but the service dept needs to separate from the Toyota so they can be more efficient and quicker it’s confusing and they should also let people pull in for service there are always cars parked in front of the service doors and they don’t have anywhere to park for service

Truly amazing experience! Tim Truelove was referred to me by a friend and exceeded expectations. Tim guided me in ordering my first truck. When it arrived, he arranged for aftermarket items to be added and ready when we picked it up. The pricing was straightforward, with no hidden fees or crazy dealer add-on’s. It took me longer to drive to Baldwin Ford than the process of signing for my truck.. Thank you Tim and Baldwin Ford!

Greetings fellow motorists. I owned a 2007 F-150 for more years than I should have, and at the end, internal gearbox component decline had become increasingly evident that a suitable transportation replacement was more near than far. The vehicle had no particular sentimental value other than the engine which ran well, and it had 277,000 miles to its credit. I enjoyed a "reality of the situation" conversation with Mr. Bruce Hutson, GM , and Mr. David Allen, Service Manager, whereby we discussed the potential financial burden of maintaining this vehicle or euthanizing it toward a suitable replacement. I suggested a type of vehicle and a price range that would be most accommodating to my needs. After a sit down with Mr. Alan King, Sales Rep, and Mr. Robert Sandage, Financial Manager, I drove away, with a better piece of mind, in a stylish and reliable replacement vehicle. The entire process was friendly and pleasant, professional, respectful and courteous. No pressure at all. This is my second vehicle purchase from Baldwin, and I would recommend their service to all of my friends. I think Baldwin should at least be in the conversation for consideration, regarding a new vehicle purchase or replacement.Happy Motoring.Bobby
