Took our Pontiac Grand Prix to get repair services done due to the check engine light flashing and the engine misfiring.
After about a week and a half of them working on it they called and informed us that they had to replace a coil and that the car is running much better. The engine light was no longer on and it was no longer misfiring. There was still other problems with the vehicle, but the problems we took it in to get serviced for were resolved.
Tell me why when we paid for it and picked it up today, the moment we drove it off the lot the engine started misfiring and the check engine light started flashing again. And on top of the previous issues that we took it in to get serviced for, now the driver side seat no longer moves forward or backwards. It's electrical and just clicks like the motor is shot.
I called and voiced my complaints and was vehemently told that they had no reason to move the seat, (which I can assure anyone that has ever drove a vehicle before knows, yeah the driver needs to adjust the seat for safety reasons) and that they were positive the check engine light was off (which was probably due to them resetting the vehicle or removing the battery for an extended period of time).
Worse $380 spent, will no longer consider doing business with them ever again.

I left a review yesterday for 1 star but I changed my mind and deleted it.This dealership needs 5 stars for having the oldest salesman in the country that know nothing about new cars or trading new cars. I’ve purchased at least 20 personal cars in the last 10 years and these guys take the cake on what cars are worth. I was going to buy a $100,000 truck from these guys and they were to dumb to deal. Worth 5 stars for stupidity

Took my 2022 Canyon Denali in because it had a rattle when I turned on the heat. Jacob called and said it would be $200.00 to look at it. He said I dropped a coin, piece of candy or something else down the defrost vent. He was quick to point out it was my fault that it was making a noise. I ask him to take pictures of the process and he said ok. I was going to have them service my truck as well while it was in the dealership. I called back after thinking about it the more and told them not to service my truck. No more dealings with Baldwin
