One guy was busy on phone, probably the most intelligent of the 3. 1 guy saw me waiting for the phone guy and walked right by me. After 3 minutes the guy on the ph ou ne called for help, and 2 guys came and still walked by me until I rudely said something. Being handicap, I needed service. Then after 20 minutes the ed 1 guy who was help iij ng me was clueless, had NO UNDERSTANDING of your product that was advertised on YOUR WEBSITE FOR YOUR STORE, so I walked out and had it delivered to my door with free shipping the next day. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

Usually these guys are amazing. I bought windshield wipers and some car key batteries from them recently. Then was told they couldn't install my rear wiper and I had to go to Toyota to get it installed. Toyota comes to tell me its the wrong size wiper. I grab my reciept and go to return the wiper just to find out the dude who checked me out didn't even scan the wiper when checking me out and "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do about this" Didn't get a refund but he went ahead and scanned the batteries twice (the mistake). Ended up throwing the wiper out in there garbage can out front and loosing money. Will take my business elsewhere since the cashiers need some training on basic functions.

Purchased a battery got home no nuts. Went back to the store and said they gave them to us and argued. Left with getting satisfied results. Very bad customer service. Won’t be back. Employee was heavy set bearded guy
