“Our truck broke down on 60 west in the afternoon. Barkers was able to tow our truck AND our rv at the same time. Dropped our rv at Camelot rv park (which is a clean friendly lovely park) and then deposited our truck at the barkers repair shop. Justin was friendly, confident expert at towing!
Bobby at Barkers Repair said they would find the problem within a day..kept his promise and called with the reasonable repair price. Done the very next day. Got a personal call in the morning from the mechanic.
This is the best pla et to get your repairs done or if you break down may it be where Barkers can get to you. Thank you so much for your honest great work!”

“Sending a shoutout to Steve Dennis and the Chevy/Cadillac Baldwin Team. Brandi and I have been on the Hunt for and Off-road package Z71. Just like my Tremor F-350 Steve made it happen for us back in 2020. I’ve been dealing with Steve since 2013. I was in the Military and out of the area and Lehanne my daughter needed a car her mom had just passed away. Steve took care of Lehanne just like now second time around, Lehanne needed a car because she was in an accident yesterday and her car was totaled and she only had liability on the car and other person didn’t have any insurance that hit her. I turned to Steve and Baldwin Chevy today and Steve had Brandi’s Z71 we’ve been looking for and he helped us get Lehanne into a new vehicle also. Steve Dennis and his Boss are the experts and straight shooters who have been transparent with us over 12 years. Steve’s Dad and Mom, Eugene, and Maryann helped so many people in Butler County/Ripley County back in the day at their Grocery Store and Steve is a fine example of their Christian Core Values. “Everyone was so helpful and cheerful! Mr. Priest was very informative about my car and its needs. AND they only did what needed to be done. I didn't need the whole catalytic converter changed - just the solenoids. And since it hadn't had a tune-up in 3 years, he checked the spark plugs and found they definitely needed change. The price ended up being half of what we thought. What a blessing this shop is!!! I will take my car back if/when it needs work - even though it is a 1/2 an hour away.”

“We were rolling through town on our way to TX pulling a trailer, a couple miles up the road the transmission started shifting strangely and smoke began pouring out from under the truck. Truck has 35000 miles on it and was still under warranty. Stopped at Baldwin and they squeezed us in to take a look at it. Turns out the truck was serviced before I purchased it and they over filled the transmission and the smoke was caused by the oil overflowing. Baldwin service department made time for us and explained everything. Got us back on the road I a timely fashion. Great experience!”
