“Jordan and Michael went beyond being tow truck drivers trying to help get my vehicle working after they recovered it from being stolen. They sent me photos of the car and of the fuse box that the thief had messed with.I have to tell about the estimated wait times next door at Buddy's the mechanic being over twice what Mike estimated (four days when told two, still waiting). I should have clued in how the towyard mentioned other mechanics rather than recommend Buddy's. They said Buddy's does good work but I don't know yet so if you're willing to wait double the estimated time, maybe Buddy's would be okay. See my review on Buddy's that Mike gets angry quickly.But back to King Towing. They were willing to push my car next door without charge. Their concern for a crime victim was admirable.It makes a difference when people are pleasant and helpful, rather than my experience next door.”

My drive way awesome and did a great job even though we had a few hurdles we had to deal with because of the ignorance of the shop it was leaving. He worked through those and made sure everything went smooth and made sure to take care of ny truck.”

“We got ahold of All City Tow in Independence to get a car that was recovered from being stolen to the dealership in Blue Springs. I spoke to three different people on the phone who were all polite and helpful. It took about 30 minutes around rush hour on a weekday for the truck to get to us, which didn't seem too bad. The technician/driver who assisted us was quiet and polite. He wasted no time getting our car loaded up, drove it to the dealership for us, and also waited outside while we spoke to the service department. He parked it for us, gave us a receipt, and wished us well. We paid $161 for the service. It was about 11.5 miles in total. This seems a bit steep to me but I'm from a smaller town so I imagine this is a pretty reasonable price in the KC area. Overall, I'd recommend this company. They gave accurate estimates of both time and price, were helpful on the phone and in person, and didn't waste our time at all.”
