I pulled in with a flat tire. The air hose wasn't working. The owner, his wife and another great citizen filled my tire with air.

There always having some sort of party for a holliday 2 weeks befor it's day during hours that say that they will be open for.The cashiers are always talking behind the customers back in front of other customers. The hot deli food has gotten worse over The years. The price of the food has gone up when the portions where made smaller. Now you have to ask to go look at the hardware for someone reason.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Rude employees who think they know it all when clearly they don’t. And if it’s the same owner as back in 2014, he’s rude and so is his daughter. Store is dirty but they don’t care. Will never go to this store again if I’m ever in Pleasant Hope .

The deli employees are ALWAYS rude. Ordered the chicken sandwich combo. Got some bread and 2 chicken tenders. I had to ask for cheese and beg for mayonnaise. Who makes a sandwich with just bread and meat? Had to argue that there were no knives and the onion rings were pathetic. Paper thin onions if any at all. I don’t know why I ever go back.
