We had an appointment here that we scheduled over a week in advance. Show up to a lady who says" she can give it taxes a try, but can't promise anything. " CheriLu couldn't be bothered to let us know that the electricity went off a few hours ago. There sure was electricity when we got there and the excuse was that she couldn't call us since the computer was down. Obviously, we didn't reschedule and never will again since she is obviously unreliable and unprofessional.

We always have the same employee do our taxes. Cynthia is a very good tax preparer and we will always go back to have her prepare them for us.
