Another bad experience at this pleasant hill caseys! I don't know why I went again. I thought things might be different but no. When I went in, there was dry old pizza and barely anything in the hot box. While I was waiting for them to make more I stepped behind the counter a bit to look at what wraps they have (because they were falling out and you could barely see what was what) and I get snapped at by two women. One right behind me, and one that ran out of the kitchen to explain how I'm not supposed to be there when I've worked at Casey's and know people literally walk behind to get their wraps because they don't wanna play the guessing game with twits that don't know how to do their jobs. Don't go here if you want a good experience at a gas station.

Ari did an awesome job on taking my order in store for my pizza. Literally, as she took my order, she asked another employee to make it, and he whined and stated he didn't like making that type. Once she saw he was not gonna start the pizza, Ari put on her gloves and got that pizza going. Not only did she get it done fast, she also zoomed back up front to the register to take care of business by checking me out. Ari is the reason this review is 5 star and deserves all the praise for the 5 star customer service she gave me. I even filled out a survey, and I never do those. If I had to wait on that lazy kid, this 5 star review would've been a 1.

Perfect service from Casey’s around the holidays for a DoorDash delivery of a pepperoni pizza and a six-pack of A&W root beer to a local elderly family member. This helped make Christmas special for the recipient. I am grateful for their phone support, as I am 1,500 miles away and needed to place an online order. The elderly recipient was happy to receive this DoorDash delivery to their residence in Pleasant Hill. Casey’s offered help in placing the order. I am confident in placing future orders here again. The driver was excellent in finding the elderly recipient. Thank you, Casey’s!

Nicholas and Ari made a well crafted pizza for me today and were running the store during the middle of a storm warning by themselves while there were more and more orders coming in, Fantastic job

Showed up 30 minutes after my pick up time was and was still boxing up my undercooked pizzas 33.00 bucks of raw dough and half melted cheese won't buy a pizza from there again

Worst Casey's you could go to in missouri hands down. This is the third time I have walked in and walked right back out because there is no food in the hot box or the food looks old and dry. There are employees jacking off in the back yelling like they were hurt instead of making sure food stays fresh and full. I love Casey's but this ridiculous. Never going to that dumpster fire of a store again!

Trash location. Employees are rude. No service was delivered from Casey's deli. How many times is an employee supposed to look at someone waiting for no acknowledge to ever happen? Still waiting...

Everytime I order a pizza from this Casey's they put way too much cheese on them. I don't want to wait 15 after I get home for the cheese to settle before I can eat the pizza. I don't want to only taste cheese when I eat the pizza.
