I understand that you are a small business. This whole situation just ruined my dayYesterday was my anniversary, my husband put in so much effort to make our day special. He ordered flowers thru 1800-Flowers and they contracted this florist.1st problem- my husband ordered 18 roses and only 12 were delivered. He called 1800flowers and they told us the flowers would be redelivered. When that didn't happen 1800flowers gave my husband a different price to pay. We were over the situation and moved on and enjoyed our eve.2nd problem - Today I received a call from John and was left a vm stating that he was coming to repo my flowers as he didn't receive payment from 1800flowers. He said that 1800 flowers didn't pay him enough money and that's why he only sent 12 not the 18 that was ordered.I told John that the flowers were not at my office and this was not my issue and he needed to contact the 3rd party service. I advised him he was out of line..He then told me that I was stealing his flowers. So no telling what will happen now.This is very inappropriate and rude and unprofessional in every way.John I hope you understand that you ruined a perfect moment for me and my husband.I will add that the roses were absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. The quality was amazing. I do understand not being paid for something that you did..Calling the recipient was not the correct move.

Literally just in the shop to purchase something and got told to leave by a woman when I was waiting for the gentleman to get off the phone. Rude!

Can you leave zero stars? This business is horrible. my son and daughter-in-law sent me flowers, and the obnoxious man who delivered them left the outside, on the ground, in direct sunlight when it was 85 degrees today. He did not call to let me know he was coming, even though my phone number was on the front of the card. He did not ring the doorbell to let us know he had come, so I could get the flowers from him. our puppy runs loose in our yard, and she completely destroyed the flowers. all that was left was the card. When I called his business to ask why he didn't ring the doorbell, he lied and said he did. My husband and I were both home all day, and the doorbell was not rung. I have had several other deliveries from this business in the past and there has been some sort of problem each and every time he has come here. The flower arrangements don't arrive in a timely manner, The flowers are old, and wilted when they arrive, or he has not delivered the arrangements that were ordered. I really don't see how he could possibly do a worse job. But I truly draw the line at lying directly to me about ringing the doorbell. Please don't use this business.

Since I know the previous owner of this business, I called after the flowers my daughter order were delivered late Tuesday and left a message that I was displeased. No one bothered to call me, so I guess I need to leave a review. By Saturday, even the carnations were brown. I am sure my daughter in TX paid a lot for these and will ask her not to order flowers for me again.

Beautiful arrangement and wonderful customer service! They weren’t able to deliver the day of as they had run out of some of the particular flowers needed for the arrangement I chose, so they promised to add a few more flowers to the arrangement and deliver the next day which they made good on and they looked amazing!

I called everyone in the area and they were the only ones who helped me! I should also add I am a florist in Kansas City and his prices were the best and customer service was spot on. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely be calling again!

This is such a delightful local florist. I needed to find a shop who could deliver the next day to Lathrop Mo and this one was perfect. Designer's choice arrangement created a beautiful bouquet for a 14 year old girl's birthday!
