“I love this pharmacy. My doctor recommended it over Walgreens due to communication and accuracy, and I’m so glad! Everyone is very friendly, my phone calls are answered right away, there is usually no delay in prescriptions, and if you live close enough they DELIVER for free! I don’t ever want to go with a big pharmacy again. I feel like a human being with these guys and not a number.”

As far as I know all their clients are people who buy meds here are clients of Truman although it's my understanding there are few outside folks who pick up their medications here because of the location

“I travel between CDA, Idaho and Kansas City, MO every year for several months at a time. Today, it was time to refill my meds and the process to do so was a bit more complicated than usual.
My refills were at zero and to transfer my meds to another Walmart in Idaho for pick up, they have to be authorized for refill/renew in Kansas City first.
I called into the pharmacy and was helped by a very nice young lady named Karina. She went above the standard protocol for me to help ensure I will have all the medications I need in hand before I run out next week. Not only did we take care of one (the empty one) but she made sure to help me with the other two meds I take.
I appreciate her awesome customer service and want to give back to her the recognition that her efforts were very much appreciated today and is why I am posting this review of her willingness to do her job well.

“Been going there now for over 7 years and not one complaint. Order all my meds through their app and go pick it up. Went there the last time and I just ordered the day before, I just went to check on the order and the gal said it may have just got here. She took the time to rummage through three totes and got them out. Do not wait in line very long and if I do it’s mostly because the customer is being difficult.

“WOW! First time using this pharmacy! Spoke with Ashley regarding insurance issues etc with my prescriptions… Not only was she intelligent, understanding everything I was asking abput, she was able to work a couple MIRACLES FOR ME! A name brand medication that I only expected the manufacturer coupon to work for, (ie my insurance wouldn’t pay and declined coverage last month), WENT THROUGH MY INSURANCE AND WAS COVERED! As well as a 2nd Prescription I’ve had similar issues with! She got that one through as well! I cannot express in words how much I appreciate a pharmacy/pharmacist, that is kind, helpful, and KNOWS WHAT THEY’RE DOING! And all in the most genuinely caring way! I was so scared that I had made a mistake switching Pharmacies, but ASHLEY TURNED THAT ALL AROUND! So Grateful for people like her! SHE IS SO Amazingly, and so FABULOUSLY, THE VERY BEST!?☮️?????”

“I visited the Minute Clinic on 7/6/2025 for an infection. I met with the nurse practitioner, Ms. R. Williams, who was wonderful! I have a preexisting condition and need to be careful about taking medications. Mr. Williams listened patiently to my situation, noted everything in the system, ran tests, explained the results in great detail, and prescribed an antibiotic that resolved my problem. Ms. Williams was very comforting, knowledgeable, and kind. I recently moved to NKC and am so happy she is just a few blocks away if I have a medical requirement. I will go back to see her regarding what vaccinations I should take with my situation. Thank you for providing such a nice caregiver! Sincerely, Kathleen”
