Upon my arrival, it came to my attention that the full-size SUV I had reserved over a month prior had been rented to anther party by the service provider. Engaging with the front desk personnel, I was informed, rather bluntly, that the availability of vehicles at the airport center was also depleted, leaving me in a compromised situation. Given the urgency of my need, especially considering the early hour of my requirement, I found this circumstance deeply dissatisfactory. Promptly, I sought an alternative solution and was fortunate to secure a vehicle from Avis in North KC, where they accommodated my request efficiently and without issue, despite the late hour nearing their closing time.Subsequently, I attempted to address the matter with Enterprise by reaching out via phone, providing my pertinent contact details. Regrettably, despite my proactive communication, a response has yet to be forthcoming, even after nearly a week's passage of time. This lack of follow-up further underscores my concerns regarding the level of customer care exhibited by Enterprise. As a discerning consumer, such experiences undoubtedly weigh heavily in my consideration of future engagements with the company.EDIT 2/29/2024I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTFollowing my initial review, I received a response from them subsequent to providing the requested information. Reserved a car last week and when I arrived was informed there was no vehicles. I would.like someone from corporate to make this right I took an Uber from the airport since none were available there and if they decided to rent my reservation why wasn't I reached out to? I was obviously discriminated against by the managers atthis location when two other people arrived after I did and the went to the airport to pick up cars for them.I have already emailed with my contact and no one has called? Do you really care about your customers?

Needed a car quick, fast, and in a hurry! The team didn't stop looking for options to assist me with getting to my destination until the job was done. My car was in the shop when an emergency came up with a friend out of town. Excellent teamwork between two locations! ? And a huge heartfelt THANK YOU GUYS!

Called me 45 minutes before I had to pick up my rental to tell me I had no rental. I reserved it a month in advance and to call me and tell me there was no vehicle the morning of my scheduled pickup was poor planning on their part. Terrible way to treat a customer. Unreliable and unprofessional. I will be using a different rental company moving forward.

Maya, Hunter, and Brandon worked with me to make my rental experience great. I don't get off work until 5pm and they were willing to wait until right after closing time in order for me to get the rental. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for customer satisfaction

Decent place to rent a car if you need to. Our car was in the shop for a while and to get to and from work, shopping etc, we rented a car from here. It was pretty nice, a good car, low selection at the time, but we got a nice rental for a bit. Thank you!

I reserved a rental through Enterprise for an insurance claim... a compact car that would fit my reimbursement and when I got there they put me in a mid-size car and tried to charge me 300 extra dollars since they did not have a compact size car. I refused the rental. I rented a vehicle from their competitor and advised my insurance company of the time wasting effort and not upfront sales practice of Enterprise. The competitor got me into a midsize car and in my allotted reimbursement amount.

I received outstanding service from this rental car agency! After a recent car accident left me without transportation, they stepped in and provided prompt, efficient assistance. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. A shout out especially to Collin and Andrea in KC and Meyer in Tulsa. The quality of the rental car exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing the exact vehicle model! I'm truly grateful for their support during a challenging time. Highly recommend their services!"

If I could 0 stars I would, these guys are scams. They claim we put hail damage on a car when there was a storm in KC, we were out of town where there was no hail damage and they now they are basically making me pay for all the minor issues the car has. That are charging us about 1000 dollars for something that never happened. They are a small enterprise with a small selection but f cars. do not trust them go to the airport it might a little more expensive but you won’t get scammed by them. I’ve never had an issue with enterprise until I went to one that wasn’t located at an airport. If you do go make sure you do a walk thru even if they tell you everything is okay because then they will say “you decided to walk out” even though you had a full conversation and asked if everything was okay. Worst experience never again
