Tomas at the Platte City branch was even keeled, pleasant and took the time to sit down and go down rabbit holes to help answer questions and make sure all things were taken care of.

I highly recommend you come to the Platte City Verizon store and skip the crowds in Kearney and at Barry Road. Tomas and JT will take excellent care of you. They are very professional and will transfer the data for you, which is a great service that most stores don’t provide
