The new ownership here is amazing and I'm glad I finally found a place in Platte City that knows what they're doing. The staff is friendly and always have a good laugh with Mike. I have received both a pedicure and dip nails, just had my nails done for the 2nd time here and both visits were SUPER!

I been going to Tips to Toes for a min and then they changed ownership. It only got better ya’ll!! Nina is the truth with her technical skills and ability to do intricate nail designs . Mike, the owner has a great sense of humor which makes it feel welcoming, and the older gentleman gives the best massages on a pedicure I ever had. I recommend you try this place.

My friend and I had a small pampering this afternoon because I'm about to have a baby and deserve it. My friend called to reserve us seats because she highly recommended this place, and though we were seated immediately, they had so many other people getting pedicures that we had to wait a long time to actually get our service. And they kept accepting more people even though they clearly didn't have enough people to do the job. I've never had a pedicure take more than 40 minutes, and this one was about an hour and a half. I was not given an option for the volcano pedicure, though it clearly had 3-4 scents to choose from. One of the techs was telling the tech that did my feet, which pedicure and pointed to her packaging, and the tech that was doing my feet took that literally. Definitely was one of the more expensive pedicures I've ever paid for, but I did enjoy the pampering. Then, at the end, when we went to pay, they were having connection issues, so our cards weren't going through. I left my ID as collateral so we could go to the ATM atm the smoke shop which also wasn't working, so we had to walk to Walgreens where we were finally able to get cash and pay. They either need to upgrade their system or have a way to take cards offline and charge them later. Again, I would totally go back! I'm in the KCMO area, so this was a bit out of the way, but my friend loves this place, so I bet we'll be back.

First time here and was AMAZING service. I have 2 bad big toes and they made them look all brand new!!! Definitely made me feel more confident and sexy. They staff was absolutely helpful as well. Wonder customer service

Have only been a couple of times so far with newer owner(s), but I must say that I will most definitely continue to return…..Didn’t have good experiences with the last owners….I’ll just leave it at that. Best friend and I NORMALLY go every 3 wks on a Saturday morning, they are always patient with our sometimes artsy requests ? , salon is always clean, everyone is friendly, timely and thorough. Schedule is off a bit this week so I’m looking forward to going this afternoon vs Saturday……. Thanks for the wonderful manis and pedis!

It has taken me three months to find a place to take care of my grooming needs (mani/pedi). I found my spot. Nice attentive people working with you to ensure you are relaxed and pleased. I highly recommend this place.

I called to check on timeframe for fill and repair-I was able to get in right at the estimated time. The atmosphere was nice and the tech was hilarious! I'll definitely return and may even make this my new nail salon since moving to the area. Plus, pricing just right!

I have never felt more welcome in a nail salon than in here. All of the nail techs are fantastic and help you from start to finish - from picking out a color to choosing a nail shape to making sure the end result is what you want. I have been going to them for several months and my only regret is not starting sooner!! I recently had my dip nails done there on a Wednesday and by Friday, one of them had popped off. I went back to them to have it fixed, fully expecting to pay for the repair. They not only repaired it, but they gave me a new set because they couldn't color match it exactly - free of charge! They stand behind their work and it shows. Great place!!
