Just today I went on Kelly Blue Book (KBB) to price my 2020 Kia Telluride with the option of accepting offers from local dealerships. I received several offers via email, phone call, and text. the first being a call from victory chevrolet in smithville. I setup an appointment to show the vehicle at 6:00 this evening. shortly after I receive a text from Kerry Ostergard from Roberts Chevrolet Buick in Platte City wanting to look at the vehicle. Living near KCI I immediately drive to the dealership. Upon arriving I ask for Kerry and he asks me for the keys and as a typical "used car salesman" asks "how much I'm wanting to get out of it." I laugh and asks what he's willing to pay for it! Thanks to 0.9% financing and owing $6500 for a vehicle valued anywhere from $32000 to $36000 depending on whether trading in or selling privately. I made it clear that I'm in no rush to sell it, but if the price is right I would. After looking at the mileage and interior we go back inside and sit in his work area. as he begins to document the vehicle on the system in front of him I make it clear that i have other appointments and want to give others a chance to earn my business. He then gives me a death stare, stands up and walks away! I ask, what's going on? Looking back he points and says, "go earn their business!" Shocked I have no other reaction but to chuckle and get up and head for the door! This despicable human being is in the customer service business and for me just became the face of Roberts Chevrolet whether ownership likes it or not! I will not step foot in that dealership any longer! Why do i write this review? To make others aware of who you're dealing with prior to making that all important decision of buying a vehicle! Due Diligence...thank me later! This "used car salesman" obviously didn't know who he was dealing with when he decided to act in his disgusting manner! A Google review & Trustpilot is next!

Every time I take my vehicle in for service here, I continue to be impressed. Since moving to Kansas City 2 years ago, I've almost exclusively patronized Roberts for any service my vehicle has needed - for things as simple as an oil change or a key fob battery replacement, to more complex service issues. Jeremy, and everyone else in the service department that I've met, has been friendly, honest, and helpful. They are always quick to get me scheduled and I'm never being sold unnecessary work. They always take the time to go over everything and answer any questions I may have. While I haven't bought a car here and therefore can't speak to that, I will say their service department is just top notch. And I love the small-town feel, where you're a valued customer and not just another number.

Great crew to work on your vehicle. They are always helpful and very kind. When something needs worked on they let you know and walk you thru how it needs fixed. I always get my oil changed here. You can trust them !

Professional and Fast. Last minute service appointment request and they were able to get everything done in under an hour! Very impressed with the Service Rep and Technicians. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles for service when required. The prices were much better than I expected. Facility and waiting area were spacious in order to maintain social distancing.
