This service department will definitely take advantage of you. They nickle and dime you (or should I say dollar you) til you bleed. Way over the top overcharging of service and or parts. Take my advice and take your vehicle to the garage down the road!!! 4 times the charges of others for the same work and warranty's.

I liked the experience at the dealership. They worked out a good deal, which is hard to find nowadays because of CarMax. However, they ended up giving me a good deal for my 2020 Ram 1500 Warlock. The only thing I didn't like was the final detail on the vehicle. They cleaned it out some, but it definitely wasn't a thorough detail cleaning since I bought the vehicle close to closing time. Shout out to Don for being a good Salesman and working with us on a better price

I had a very good experience with Airport. Salesman Tony greeted me outside the maindoor, told him what I was looking for and what I was trading in. We took a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in (2021 Jeep Cherokee Ltd), and then worked on the price.
Funny thing, I was in KC visiting family for the weekend and was really not well-prepared to purchase and trade-in. But Finance guy Alec Andrews was fine to have me just overnite the title and spare keys to my tradein vehicle when I got home. I appreciated that accommodation.
Overall, no complaints, Tony and Alec were responsive to my Qs, and as mentioned, cooperative in accomodating my lack of necessary paperwork. Only knock was the total time--from arrival in my existing SUV to driving off the lot with the Jeep Cherokee was about 3 1/2 hours. So, some dead time in there (at least for me), possibly could have been a little more efficient. But I get it, there's probably a number of things going on behind the scenes that I didn't see--checking my credit, lining up the financing, and so forth.
