Our Westie injured her eye and very rapidly an ulcer formed and her eye developed a hole, leaking blood and fluid. Dr Partch said to bring her right in. She was calm and caring to our dog and gave us the bad news that she might lose sight in her eye. She wanted her to see a ophthalmologist to confirm her diagnosis and see if anything else could be done before removing her eye. We were heartbroken but took Dr Partch's advice and the ophthalmologist was able to perform a graft surgery and save her sight. We were so thankful to Dr Partch for knowing what needed to be done and having the knowledge to encourage a second opinion to save her eye. Boo had her surgery and is recovering. Thank you Jackson Animal Clinic for the excellent care of our baby.

I initially went here bc my dog attacked one of my chickens and this was the only vet who would treat her. The provided a great experience, hardly have ever had to wait, and I now take all my pets to them. It's a farther drive but worth it! They don't try to over sell you on anything, they care, and explain everything well, you you understand everything that is going on! I definitely recommend!

I cant say enough good things about Jackson Animal Clinic. I take my cats there for their grooming and vet needs. I recent went on vacation and I didn't feel comfortable leaving one of my cats at home. Luckily I was able to get her boarded at the clinic. She is a very shy cat and I'm sure she was freaking out about having to stay in a strange environment. I knew that she would be in great hands though. Hate to say this but, Only reason not giving 5 stars is because when I came in to drop her off, the girls at the front desk didn't acknowledge me until they were done chit chatting. I stood there for a few minutes until they said something to me.

We recently moved to KCMO from Chicago and brought our 120lb dog to have a check up. Debbie, at the front desk was very pleasant and has been there for 20+ years. Dr. Jackson was knowledgeable and very helpful in planning for our pup's future. He didn't push any unnecessary procedures or tests, which has been my experience at previous vets. Everyone was very friendly. We will absolutely be back. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone looking for a vet!

Dr Jackson and his staff was amazing removing cancer from my 12 year old Pit/lab . They got me right in after seeking treatment at another location with minimal results .

Dr. Jackson and his staff made themselves available when my young buckling became ill. They were very caring and professional and totally understanding that our pet goat, Binks, was a family member and deserved every opportunity for a healthy life. Although, we ended up losing Binks, we are forever grateful for their time and efforts! Lisa Bruce
