As a young female, going to mechanic/auto body shops is always a nightmare. I know enough about vehicles to keep my car in good condition, but I don't have any means to do shop work on my own. I found Ferrel's on a whim. My alternator went out in my vehicle, and the closest shop to me quoted me over $1800 to do work on it. I was shocked, to say the least. I knew I could get parts for under $300 and just needed someone to do the labor. When I went back into the shop with my boyfriend, they changed their mind and said it was $300 less than what they quoted me, but would not give me a receipt or copy of the price layout. In a panic, I called Ferrel. Over the phone they quoted me a much more reasonable price, and were also shocked at what the other shop wanted me to pay. Although they were busy, they squeezed me into the schedule and got my vehicle done by the middle of the following week. They were incredibly kind and professional. They explained all the work they did, showed me some additional things they did to make sure my vehicle was all tuned up, and never made me feel like I was some 'dumb woman' who didn't know cars.
I've gone back several times for check ups and when I'm questioning something about my vehicle. They have always been forward, honest, and provide great service.

I highly discount any quality statements in regards to a positive review here, and if I do let any of my opinions of this establishment surface, I can rightly acknowledge that it would only serve as a reductive statement. So I'll keep it simple, and here's 2 stars, just for being a small private owned business. Other than that I've nothing else to say. At least I shouldn't

Thank you for quick and proficient service!
I had an oil leak emerge, and Ferrel's stopped what they were doing to investigate. Turned-out to be a quick and simple fix, but I wouldn't have known without them.
