My local convenience store. Have visited this store for many years. But today Saturday September 14th, 2024 I encountered the worse customer service I have ever had. I asked the girl to cover me a couple pennies, by the way they were out of pennies (who runs out of pennies??) on a fountain soda. I have paid for people's drinks and given them countless coins that I constantly found on the ground around the register. But the rudest toned response ever. It was like I insulted her children or something. The level of care and customer service in this store has just gotten worse over there years. Shame. Will still go. But if she is there I will walk out. Don't know her name but she has black hair and wears glasses and is always mad when she has to do any work. Be sure to give her a friendly smile lol.

It’s been 2 days. Still no refund and the only “contact” I’ve had is the auto bots that reply. And yes, I did go to where the bot said and wrote a comment. Crickets. Nothing.
I ordered 3 pizzas at 3:30pm to be picked up at 6pm. They hadn’t even started on them when I came to pick them up. When I said to cancel the order, the kitchen manager never apologized and yelled at me from the kitchen. I had to ask him about a refund and was yelled at again. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have ordered pizza and they were starting my order when I came in at pick up time. I ordered early this time trying to avoid this issue. I will not be making this mistake again.

I have been patient with this location, but never again. Horrible length of time to get orders, store never has any food options in warmers, sandwich bar is non-existent. Don't waist your time.

The lady that was working today was the only one in the entire store because they are short staffed this lady deserves a raise she was so positive even being the only person working!!! 10 stars (Aug 7 145p)

Came in at 1120am and the only pizza in the warmer was breakfast pizza that had an expiration of 1037am. The manager didn't seem to care at all when asked about it and wasn't urgently working to help their overwhelmed food staff.

Google says it's open 24hrs but at around 11:39pm they were closed.

I have gotten many pizzas from Casey's in the past.
Always have been good.
One Friday night my son & I ordered one - we always get the same thing b/c it has always been made good!
Not this time - was awful whoever made it - dough was disgusting - it looked like it was never even spread out on pizza pan.
It looked like it was not even cooked all the way for oven time?
We were so disappointed in you all - just threw it in the trash!
I should have complained sooner but did not! My error!
Tell your pizza makers to do a better job!! May not get pizzas here any more!?

Ordered nothing. Get back to taking orders with a human. -I called to on a Wednesday afternoon at approx 6:20 to order a pizza... I was placed on hold for an exuberant amount of time waiting for someone to answer. When answered I was informed I had to order on an app and could not order in person as they were "50" pizzas behind and far too busy to take an in person order. I informed them I didn't have a smart phone or computer to place an order online. They pretty much said too bad and hung up on me!Very disappointed!!! I used to be a manager at a Casey's in another town and the phone were always answered front counter or kitchen. Fix the human interaction for your customers or I will not come back. I will also tell others to avoid your establishment.

Order on the app estimated delivery was 108 minutes nothing close to what I ordered. Spent 45 minutes on the phone to finally get somebody to answer and was told I need to bring the pizzas back and totally screwed up dinner. Customized for extra sauce and almost none on

This is not the first time this has happened. We placed an order for pizza online and was given a pick up time (40min). When we arrived to pick our food up we were informed they hadn't even started our order to come back in an hour! When we finally got our food it wasn't even the correct pizza we ordered!

Boy Cott this location. Don't order your Chiefs game day Pizzas at this location. Convicted Criminals that work here litter those Caseys cups as far as onto 2nd street, and use them as urine jugs.
