“As a young female, going to mechanic/auto body shops is always a nightmare. I know enough about vehicles to keep my car in good condition, but I don't have any means to do shop work on my own. I found Ferrel's on a whim. My alternator went out in my vehicle, and the closest shop to me quoted me over $1800 to do work on it. I was shocked, to say the least. I knew I could get parts for under $300 and just needed someone to do the labor. When I went back into the shop with my boyfriend, they changed their mind and said it was $300 less than what they quoted me, but would not give me a receipt or copy of the price layout. In a panic, I called Ferrel. Over the phone they quoted me a much more reasonable price, and were also shocked at what the other shop wanted me to pay. Although they were busy, they squeezed me into the schedule and got my vehicle done by the middle of the following week. They were incredibly kind and professional. They explained all the work they did, showed me some additional things they did to make sure my vehicle was all tuned up, and never made me feel like I was some 'dumb woman' who didn't know cars.
I've gone back several times for check ups and when I'm questioning something about my vehicle. They have always been forward, honest, and provide great service.”

“This location has been my favorite oil change place for years, and I'm happy to say with the change of ownership it has only improved. Andrew is extremely professional and he brings out similar attitude in his crew. Yesterday was my first time experiencing their new procedure which involves an expanded safety and fluids check. My first thought as this was happening was that I should've asked how pricing has changed before we got started, and I braced myself for upsell recommendations. What happened next? The total price was 30% cheaper than I've been paying their for years for oil changes, and zero awkward upsell!!! Just professionalism and good service.
These guys have been helping keep my 22-year-old Buick with 206,000 miles running like new! They even handled a tricky oil change on my funky Japanese domestic market vehicle which has no English instructions. I expect this will continue to be my favorite oil change place for years to come! “Goodman's is an incredible shop, I had a car that was having engine troubles and had taken it to a different shop and the dealership both were not able to get it figured out but Goodman's put in the work and figured out what the issue was. They are very competitively priced and do very good work. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10.”
