tow was arranged by my insurance. was told the towing company would call me. when I got a text from the insurance company that the tow would be in an estimated "60-90 minutes" I attempted to call the tow company to clarify certain details, at the number provided for that purpose. the man who picked up the phone barked questions at me and spoke over me for a couple of minutes, and when I finally tried to talk over him, he hung up. the tow truck never showed up and my insurance scheduled someone else to do it

Very bad customer service!They towed my truck on purpose Friday they closed on weekends and I was unable to pick it up. They charged me $75 daily for 4 daysThe towing charge is supper expensive, I never heard any company chargign that high$550 just for 10 milesThe lady at front desk she got supper bad attitude with big mouth!Never recommend to anybody!

The roads are terrible today in KCMO and I got stuck on my way home, when 2 wonderful guys from All Star Towing just happened to drive by me and ask if I needed help, and they towed me home right away. Then after they unloaded my car in my parking lot, my car got stuck AGAIN in the snow and they pushed it into a parking spot for me just because they're great guys. I'm so sorry I don't remember their names but to the guys who towed my Kia Soul home for me today, THANK YOU. You guys deserve a raise ???? ????Service: Car towing

Quick and friendly service. We couldn't have asked for more. Our technician, Ryan, changed a blowout for my father and made sure we were safe to get back on the road. He offered great advice for tire replacement. Thank you for all you did to take care of us and make sure we were good to go!
