My only complaint is no one hardly ever answers the phone. The stylists are completely busy making it difficult to stop working on a customer to answer the phone. Corporate or Regional needs to stop being lazy and hire a receptionist. The shop is probably losing money and customers because of this problem.Vanessa is the best stylist!

Called ahead and older hairstylist said she could get me in, show up write my name and phone number down on paper, wait an hour and she forgets about me and I had to go somewhere else. Horrible customer service and extremely disorganized, waste of my time.

UNBELIEVABLE. ? Hurried from work to get there in plenty of time. Walked up at 4:55. No one was at the counter or anywhere …rang the bell repeatedly. Girl finally came out and said she was closing. The sign said open till 6:00. This has happened so many times I can’t believe they are still open! What a terrible way to run a business. I’m truly surprised Walmart doesn’t force them out…I’m done.

Worst place ever! I've had 2 appointments set up and both times no one shows up to work. It is in Walmart, but expected them to honor an appointment just set the day before. Don't bother with these guys

Booked an appointment over the phone for 11 AM on a Monday. When I got there, the place was closed and locked, lights off. Waited 15 minutes in case they were just running late, then left. Phone customer service on multiple days (so it’s not just one person having a rough day) makes Janine from Ghostbusters look polite by comparison.

I booked online arrived and told it did not work, then they told me over a two hour wait , I asked why have a check in got told it was not there deal it was corporate problem, you can't call corp,they don't answer
