Bethel is the best in the business. A good way to find out if a shop is good, simply ask when you can get your car in. If they have a two week three week or month wait list that is a clear indication they are doing something right. I've taken two vehicles to Joe and never had an issue with the quality of work.

Had my car towed there without even giving them prior notice (had left my phone at home). They told me it might be a week, which I was totally cool with. 2 days later I had my car back and running like a top. Very satisfied!!

I’ve stopped by numerous times first thing in the morning with a flat tire on trailer. Every time I walk in guys are just sitting around talking and When I asked if I could get some air they advice me that they haven’t turned on their compressors yet and it’s gonna be about 30 minutes...? I’m sorry I thought y’all were an auto shop why wouldn’t you do that when you got there?.. No urgency or motivation to help a customer. This place is a joke.
