I can not say enough good about this place. We made last-minute reservations from on the Katy Trail. Jerry, the owner operator, met us at the B&B as we exited the Trail. We entered the house, and a feeling of comfort comes over you. He sat us on a couch, made us comfortable, and offered us cocktails. Wow! He brought us chocolate covered strawberries to snack on as we listened to a little history of the town and the house and the railroad. Jerry spoils you! Comfortable beds, wonderful atmosphere. Jerry is an excellent chef, too.Rooms: Our bed was comfortable, as was our room.3 rooms on the first floor, 2 on second floor including a Honeymoon Room.Nearby activities: Located on the Katy Trail at the Pilot Grove Junction.Food & drinks: Jerry pampers you with delicious food that he prepared. He puts a lot into it, like a chef does.Noteworthy details: B&B's are servers. Tip them as such, please. Jerry goes to great lengths to insure that you have a wonderful stay at Katy Junction B&B.

This is an amazing B&B! Jerry is a considerate, attentive, and versatile host. He truly will see to your every need as a gourmet chef and licensed masseurs. From the comfortable rooms, to the soft beds, to a cold glass of lemonade the second you walk through the door. If you are walking or riding the Katy Trail from Boonville to Sedelia, this place is a must stay!

After two days of 45+ miles of cycling the Katy Trail during 100+ degree days, Jerry had several glasses of ice-cold lemonade ready to go...a perfect welcome from an experienced and amiable host! We enjoyed chatting with Jerry and learning about the local history which is one of the main reasons we stay in B&B's as we tour.

The perfect location next to the Katy trail. We had arranged for supper served by the owner and after a delicious meal, spent the evening on the front porch enjoying a beautiful quiet evening. The owner also has a garage set up for bike storage and repair. We also enjoyed a great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Jerry was most helpful and informative about the local history of Pilot Grove. I was able to make a small repair to my bike using his tools and material. The home was comfortable, clean and cozy. Jerry's an excellent cook and the evening meal was delicious. I would recommend Katy Junction to anyone traveling in this area. T. Overall/Cleveland, OH

Great place, Jerry was a suburb host, very honorable person with an outstanding background. In all my travels throughout the U. S. And Canada I can truly state I had one of the most enjoyable experiences the week I spent at Katy Junction.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean and it has gorgeous interiors. Shower was amazing. Jerry was one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever met - he told me a lot about the wonderful history of the building and the Katy trail. The next morning when I leave, I realized I had a tire puncture on my bike - Jerry was very kind to even help with repairing the tire. The place is also probably the only stay I found between Sedalia and Boonville on the Katy trail - it really allowed be to ride a bit further that day.The best part? Look at the breakfast that Jerry made - nothing beats an amazing breakfast like this before a day of bike riding!!

Jerry was a great host! We stayed here while bicycling across the Katy Trail. It is the perfect location, right off the trail. The house was really nice, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Jerry was very nice and even called to make sure we had made it to our next destination safely.

Can I give SIX starts? Jerry was tons of fun and had many interesting stories about the area. I addition to providing lodging and a wonderful breakfast Jerry went above and beyond expectations by giving up a good amount of time to help us solve our trail issues. He could not be a more gracious host.

Me and a group of friends riding the trail east to west stayed at Katy Junction in May 2021 and had a great time! After a few days on the trails and in hotels it was wonderful to stay in a place that felt like home! Mr. Jerry is a wonderful host and treated us like family (that you like to be around) from the moment we arrived. We sat around and told stories and had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying here - it might just be one of the highlights of your trip!
