Had an issue with a package that had a tracking number but was stuck in pre shipment for the last 5 days. Carol was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and assured me the package had been picked up and that I should see real time tracking updates soon. Very professional and pleasant

My delivery driver has kicked my sidewalk lights over and broke them, drops/throws my packages onto my porch without care for the contents, and has even just came by my house to only put mail in the mail box but then says “no access to front door” for my packages. When I have a big driveway with room for 5 vehicles and plenty of space to get to my 6 foot sidewalk to front door. Now I’m waiting on a package that I’ve paid for 2 day delivery to be delivered on the 4th business day. Unprofessional.

I was notified that of an important piece of mail that was supposed to be delivered which I never received. Also, I sent a payment to a utility which never got there and I had to pay a late fee because of it. This is not the first time I've had with this post office! I tried calling the local post office to speak with someone; however, believe it or not, no one answered. No wonder nobody wants to mail anything anymore. I'm going to be doing my business online from now on which is far more reliable than the US post office! One very unsatisfied postal customer!!!!

I have gotten the wrong mail and some of it is very important mail such as important Documents from Social Security Administration, Bank Statement, and Bills. Then, my bills disappear and I don't receive my bank statement or my social security documents either. We have an unclean young man who delivers our mail, supposedly. The only thing he does right is we get our weekly newspaper.

I’ve opened a request for tracking on an item that is in route from Pevely to New York for20 days. I wanted to speak to the Postmaster and the.nice young man Clerk said he would let him know I wanted a call. I wrote my phone number on the service request. I tried for three days to reach this Postmaster. No postmaster, one day I was told he went to the Dentist. Ok but a courtesy phone call would have been nice. No luck and no phone call.

These guys helped me out with a misdirected package when they had no real obligation to do so. I could not be more thankful and grateful for their kindness to take the time to do what they had to do in order to get it in my hands the day I desperately needed it and were super friendly throughout. They saved the day in a big way and I very much appreciate it.

I can't stress enough laziness in this office! Packages delivered prior to actual mail delivery. Doesn't leave other mail. Waste of gas for sure! Leaves packages out in the open so anyone can come at take it. Shoves soft sided packages in mailbox and if it doesn't fit oh well! Leave the door open on mailbox because God forbid get out of truck and toss on porch like they usually do. I was a mail carrier a long time ago and never left customers packages out in open or shoved in a mail box.

I wish there was a no star option. The mail carriers can’t even manage to close the mailbox doors before they drive off, leaving your mail to get wet due to wx, blow away never to be seen again or open house to all the druggies in Pevely who steal your mail while you work. Every week I have to give some neighbors their mail bc the postal carrier can’t seem to read addresses correctly, but I very rarely get the same courtesy. So after living in Pevely for 5 yrs I got a PO Box in Barnhart and have packages shipped to my Aunt in Herky bc I have had 8 packages delivered to my Pevely, home address and only received 1!

Waited on a package to arrive today. I was home all day. Crappy mail person states they was here and left a notice , but they didnt. I have cameras on my home you clown. If you dont want to do your fkn job then quit. This post office is such a joke now i have to go down there in the morning and argue with this assholes to get what belongs to me.....
