I was pretty irritated when I got my truck back and the steering wheel and door handles were covered in grease. It’s customary to put some gloves on before getting into a customers vehicle. I will not be back.

I am highly satisfied with the way that Mark does his work on vehicles for his customers. I have been going to him with both of the cars that I have, and he has done excellent work on each of them! He makes sure to take care of his customers. He’s VERY RESPECTFUL And he definitely lets you know if he can’t get your car in that day, but he will figure it out and get you into a spot. Every time I have taken my car to him I’ve gotten it back that day. If he doesn’t give it back that day, he calls and let you know to keep you up to date about your vehicle! If it’s something small or simple. He will try to get it in that day. DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR CARS HERE!!!
Forgot to mention that if your someone like me who doesn’t really know much about vehicles he will show you his self if its something you don’t understand!!! & he’s not someone to screw you over ??

Brought our car here because the first mechanic wasn't sure how to fix a shift fork B problem. So then we took it to Stephens auto shop. They told me that they would have to replace the whole transmission. I didn't believe that the whole thing needed replaced, so when I went to pick it up from them.. they were completely rude to me & having attitude. Saying, "No one will touch your transmission.. Goodluck finding someone else." If your mechanics don't know how to fix it, just be honest. I brought my car to the dealership where all they did was fix the TCM on it and that was it. Didn't cost me thousands of dollars nor did they have to replace the whole thing.. Honesty goes a long way, Stephen's Auto Care.

I dropped my car Tuesday June 11th and was told it would be fixed by that Friday. I received a call from the owner being informed that they had ordered the wrong part and my car wouldn’t be ready till that Monday. After not hearing from them all day Monday decided to call up there Tuesday morning the 18th to ask about the car, the owner was out of town, supposedly no other employee knew what was going on with my car so I asked if I could pay them and pick up my car and they said we weren’t allowed to because we needed to talk to the owner. The following day the owner returned to town and informed us the part was on the way so we allowed him to remain in possession of my car one more week passed and we had heard nothing Tuesday June 25th we called up there to be informed that nothing had been done to my car so we demanded to pick it up. My dad then ordered the part online and fixed my car in 2 days. This place is a joke! Not to mention my car was detailed 2 days prior and was picked up to driver and passenger floorboards being dirty and no gas in the tank dispute it being dropped off with over a quarter tank.

Whatever the price is for your vehicle to be fixed, IT'S WORTH IT!! This gentleman is just REAL, he is truthful and direct and straight to the point. That's old school awesome!
