“The bald dude with a goatee is probably one of the happiest guys I've ever met. Every time I walk in there and he helps me out returning a package it makes my day. You can tell when he says "have a great day", he 100% means it. All the workers there are top tier. Highly recommend.”

“5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.”

“My husband and I use this post office frequently. On certain days there may be long lines but the only rude behavior observed has come from selfish outspoken customers. The facility seems to be understaffed but the staff, without exception, has always be courteous, friendly and professional.”
