WE BOUGHT A NEW LIGHT BULB FROM PEVELY O REILLYS.
THEY REFUSED TO HELP MY HUSBAND INSTALL A BULB . Why would you Put Free Installation. It you Refused to put in a Light bulb ? PEVELY O REILLYS REFUSED TO HELP US. . THEY NEED TO STOP SAYING THEY WILL HELP REPLACE LIGHT BULBS. IF THEY REFUSED TO HELP US.

Very knowledgeable and cool people work here. They never have a problem finding the actual parts I'm looking for. Unlike other auto parts stores who can only find what The computer tells them these people are car people. And know what the actual part is.

It's a decent store. Employees are nice enough, but sorry to say not like my Crystal City store though. No one really communicates at this store about what one person said a price was on the phone or enter it in a note on the system for a part on a commercial account. Other than that it's a good party store with good products. Never had a problem with a part I baught at Orally's.
