The employees here are top-notch super customer service friendly and informative. Had an issue today with a defective cartridge (not common) that they took the initiative to take care of no questions asked. Always a great experience here and would recommend. P

I have had about 3 faulty products from here that either don’t work from the start or stop working. They refused me a refund or replacement when their products aren’t necessarily cheap. Very disappointed!

Best experience I've had a dispensary was today. I don't know if it was because it was my first time going inside instead of using the drive thru but they were so cool. The guy up front literally had someone in the back get me a free hat just because I saw a worker there had one. I asked about where I could get one. Ended up leaving with an identical hat. Something small like that really makes the experience way better. They even told me where to apply for a job there. I will only be going to North from now on.

Your employee wanted to stand out front smoke and talk to someone while people are in the drive thru. He probably still would be if I didn’t park and go in. I used buy every week from here not anymore. I’ll give it a year and if north is still around….maybe I’ll give it another shot.
