“Manager was great she really went the extra mile for me when I was looking for tshirts ....my size wasn't on the shelf at any stores up or down 61/67 ... She happily opened and unloaded totes from they're delivery of things not on shelf yet and found my size .. I left happy and amazed how nice and helpful she was..”

“This is the best Save A Lot store in our area. It's bigger and well stocked plus it's laid out nicely with plenty of room in the aisles. Much better than a crowded Aldi store with cramped aisles.”

“The Sav- A Lot Richardson Road , Arnold, Mo. location is my favorite store. I drive extra miles to shop due to cleanliness, product selection * awesome customer service. Recently as of this past week, an employee went out of his way to grab me a bag potatoes that they were unloading from truck shipment. He even smelled the bag when he handed them to me insuring no rotten ones were in the bag!”

“Would rate five stars but I hate the remodeled stores. That's more of a reflection on corporate than on the individual stores themselves. I'm really upset that they discontinued most things like shoes and apparel in the remodels have less seasonal products in my opinion. I definitely have beef with corporate about this so the four stars is not a reflection on the individual store but I refuse to rate any remodel a five star. If it's any consolation before the remodel I gave it five stars for this particular store”
“We came in to buy a helium tank for my daughter's bridal shower and they were out, when I asked the cashier if she had anymore, she said we can sit up your balloons for 2.00. Got them aired up, right before my daughter got there.. Thanks for helping us out....”
“I picked up 4 bottled sodas they had on sale. A kind person with a cart full let me go ahead of them in line and the cashier is always friendly. The store is full but clean. Good to grab a quick couple things.”
“Thank you for honoring pricing and coupons and taking care of me today, as the customer! I was super disappointed when my discounts didn’t all come through on the app and the store manager made it right ?? I specifically stack and wait for certain days to shop and spend a lot of time making sure I pick items strategically to comply with those deals. Today it was a mess at check out due to an issue with the DG app but the manager kept a loyal customer today by taking the time to listen to me, work through the issue, and solve my problem. Good managers make or break a store and she is 5 stars in my book! Also, shoppers please be patient with them as they are trying their best and do care for the customer here as demonstrated today!”
“The best thing about this store is the employee's! Anna, Steve and 1 or 2 more go above and beyond to help you at whatever you need. The bad part is every time I go on to the DG app. for this location all I see is OUT OF STOCK, OUT OF STOCK, OUT OF STOCK!!! One more thing is the other day I picked up an item to purchase (a white pillow)and it had a black stain and dirt on it so i found the. Assistant manager an asked
"Does your company give discounts on items such as this With black marks and stains on it", Which they replied, "That they are only an assistant manager and they don't have that authority". Which seemed kind of odd since they have the responsibility of the entire store, the employees underneath her, The money, locking up the store, and that my wife was an assistant manager then a general manager for Dollar General and I know for a fact they have that authority. So I'm wondering what the real reason was???”
“We had a fantastic experience purchasing doors. Our order was for a combination of standard and nonstandard interior doors as well as sliding closet doors. Everything was built perfectly and everyone we spoked to was very friendly. They have a wide variety of high quality door options at incredible prices. Highly recommended!”

“Best employee in this store that they have had in a very long time hands down is Nichole she is always there and always friendly and helpful she definitely deserves a raise. I'm a regular everyday customer I see it there's been a few times she's been there alone. She's the only worker that doesn't make customers feel bad for using coupons even the 2 past managers have talked down on people using coupons. I probably wouldn't keep shopping here if Nichole wasn't there because everyone else is rude”
